03 · After the last adjustments
Back for the last details.
Projects rarely end on the day of the final clean. A light fixture is swapped, a cabinet door adjusted, a painter returns for one wall. A touch-up clean addresses those specific areas without repeating the whole job.

Touch-up clean
The scope is defined by what changed. Tell us which rooms were affected and what work took place, and the visit is planned around that.
Scope examples
- Re-cleaning floors and surfaces in rooms where punch-list work took place
- Dust removal after a late fixture, hardware or appliance install
- Glass and mirror re-cleaning after adjustments
- A final pass before keys, photography or move-in
Examples only. Every project is cleaned to the written scope agreed for that site.
Timing
- Booked after the final clean, once the remaining punch-list items are complete.
- Useful ahead of client move-in, listing photography or a final owner walkthrough.
Site readiness
- Punch-list work in the affected areas complete
- A clear list or marked plan of rooms that need attention
Not included
- Re-performing a full final clean (this would be scoped separately)
- Repairs or touch-up painting
