Services
Construction cleaning works best when it follows the sequence of the project. Choose the stage that matches where the site is now — or combine them across the schedule.

Choosing the right stage
| Stage | Timing | Focus | Information needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rough clean | After demolition, framing, drywall or other heavy phases | Loose debris, settled dust and work-area reset | Areas in scope, current phase, next trade on site |
| Final clean | After dust-producing trades are finished, before walkthrough | Accessible surfaces, glass, fixtures, millwork and floors | Finish list, square footage, walkthrough date, building rules |
| Touch-up clean | After punch-list work, late installs or move-in prep | Only the areas affected by later work | Affected rooms, what work happened, deadline |
Combining stages
Many projects use more than one stage: a rough clean after drywall, a final clean before the walkthrough, and a touch-up once the punch list is closed. Planning them together keeps the scope consistent and lets each visit be sequenced around trades and building access.
Select Multiple stages in the estimate form and add your schedule in the notes. The scope for each visit is confirmed in writing before work begins.
