FAQs
Practical answers.
Timing, scope, access and estimates — the questions project teams ask most before a clean.
Timing
After dust-producing trades are finished and the site is ready for cleaning. Any later punch-list work may require a separately scoped touch-up visit.
As early as you have a target handover date. Early contact lets the clean be sequenced with building access windows and the remaining trades.
Yes. Rough, final and touch-up stages can be combined, and larger projects can be cleaned floor by floor or area by area.
Scope
Small loose debris can be gathered as part of an agreed scope. Bulk hauling, dumpster removal and specialist work require a separate assessment.
Accessible surfaces, glass, fixtures, millwork and floors within the agreed areas. Every scope is confirmed in writing; listed items are examples, not a fixed package.
Exterior glass that needs rope access, lifts or other specialist equipment is outside our standard scope and requires separate arrangement.
No. Hazardous-material work, abatement and restoration are specialist services and are not part of post-construction cleaning.
Access
Yes. Share the building's requirements — elevator reservations, working hours, required paperwork — and the clean is planned around them.
Not necessarily. Agree access, a site contact and any restricted areas in advance; the final walkthrough can be arranged with your team.
Estimates
The project address, approximate area, cleaning stage, target date and a few photos. A finish schedule and building rules help us scope accurately.
No. The date you share is a preference. Timing is confirmed once the scope and availability have been reviewed.
Yes. The clean is planned around your schedule, site readiness and building access, with a single point of contact for the project team.
